Repairs
Seams, straps, eyelets, and linings—everyday leather problems that end walks early. We patch with compatible materials and dye to blend when possible.
Boots, derbies, loafers, and many sandals. Delicate designer finishes may need longer. Bring both shoes even if one looks fine.
See soles for bottom work or contact with photos if you are unsure.
Open side seams on boots get restitched with thread chosen for strength and colour blend. Torn lining patches use thin leather or fabric that will not bunch under the foot.
Buckles and straps can often be saved when the leather tongue remains sound. If hardware is obsolete, we source near matches and show you before installing.
Rush fees apply only when the calendar truly allows jumping the queue. We will not invent a rush slot that ruins someone else’s Friday wedding shoes.
Colour matching dyes are tested on scrap before touching visible panels. Perfect invisibility is not always possible; we aim for honest blends.
